Step 1: Initial Learning Needs Discussion
Once you contact us, we'll set up a meeting to learn more about your particular learning needs and challenges. We love detail so the more you provide the more we'll understand.
We'll gather details about your specific learning challenges, requirements and what you'd like us to help you achieve.
We'll ask questions and listen carefully to gather your requirements.
If we think we can help you, we can move to step two where we’ll explore your project and brainstorm some creative options next.

Step 2: Project Exploration - Ideas and Possibilities
At this early stage, we'll explore the ideas you have in mind.
We'll explore the possibilities to bring the course content to life!
This will help us to better understand the 'learning experience' you have in mind and how you would like that delivered.
Once we understand your vision for this experience we can then pull a proposal and quote together.
What ideas do you have in mind? What is your vision?
What should the learner experience ‘look like’ start to finish?
How would you like us to bring your content to life?
Step 3: Proposal and Quote
Following what we learned in Step 2, we'll develop a proposal that will confirm the specific learning challenges that you raised with us and the scope of the work involved.
We'll propose the learning solution(s) we think are most 'fit for purpose' and provide a quote.
Once agreed we can move on to the Design stage and begin work!
Is the proposal focused on your learning needs and goals?

Is there anything we can scale up or down per your budget or needs?
Step 4: Project Kick-off - Solution Design
Let the work begin!
At this step, we’ll partner with you to build an outline of the course per your requirements and the scope of the work agreed.
Rightly so, this stage is highly iterative to get the best possible 'fit'!
Once you've signed off on the 'storyboard design' we can then begin full development.
Are these the learning outcomes you would like the learner to achieve?
What kinds of experiences, activities would you like the user to have?
Does the design meet your expectations? Engaging?
Step 5: Solution Development
Next, we'll begin authoring the content and build a first draft per the 'high-level' storyboard design. Let the ‘heavy lifting’ begin!
We'll develop the course with any copy you provide and meet with your SMEs and stakeholders to capture and integrate their input.
You won't have to wait until the end to see the product as you'll be feedbacking as we progress.
We aim to ensure the course aligns with your brand identity and effectively meets your learning needs throughout this process.

We have articulated the narrative / script of the course - anything you’d like to refine?
We’d like your input on this aspect - is this correct?
Step 6: Revisions and Testing
We'll improve the draft versions based on your feedback following each revision cycle.
After the review cycles are finished, you'll complete one final end-to-end review.
Once you have signed off on the final version we will complete final testing and quality assurance.

Step 7: Sign-off and transfer of Solution
Once you're satisfied with the course and have signed-off on the final version, we'll organize the digital assets and send them to you.
You can then upload the course to your LMS. We’re happy to provide guidance.
You can then start promoting the course to your audience and reap the benefits.
We’re happy to advise on how you can best promote the solution to maximize its adoption and impact.
