It depends on the learning challenge in question. One or two might be enough but that is rarely the case. It’s best to take an approach where a series of Microlearning modules are created. This way you can more thoroughly cover a given subject and break it out so it is practical to learn on the job!

This follows the last question - yes, indeed you can and we believe this is a highly effective way to get the most out of a micro learning ‘approach’.

Rather than one nugget of short high impact learning, why not string several together to keep up the momentum and methodically build users knowledge to maximize this approach? 

Users can start and stop as they wish, retaining ‘practical’ and ‘essential’ bits of knowledge as they progress!
